In 1935, Michel Chabran's grandparents acquired a small café by side of the N7 road.
More than 70 years have gone by and the bistrot, located at the boundary of the lands of Provence at the foot of the Hermitage vineyards, has become a prestigious establishment, renowned for its excellent cuisine.
