The bedrooms feature Chassagne stone floors or hexagonal-floor tiles and splendid timber framing.
The decoration is a contemporary take on the original 17th century design, with its reworked panelling and tinted beams.
This journey back in time continues all the way to the hotel’s comfortable beds... Decorated with crimson curtains, the restaurant is renowned for its organic cuisine.
