Our nice, air-conditioned and soundproofed single-rooms, (bed 1.40 x 1.90m) all with hardwood floors and wallpaper free walls, have a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity mirror and hair dryer, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, free WIFI, telephone with alarm clock, and a safe. Some of them have a nice balcony, overlooking the old harbour.
An electronic locking system with key cards and a video-surveillance provides, also outside the opening hours of the reception, (07:00 - 21:00 h) your safety.
The price does not include breakfast and tax.
In case of cancellation, the amount of the first night is non-refundable. By cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival the total amount will be charged.
Bookings during convention periods cannot be modified or cancelled. The whole amount is owed by the registration of the booking and it will not be refunded.
